Native to the Mediterranean, Gilthead Bream is considered the best tasting of all the breams. Just off the coast of Turkey’s Izmir province, in a secluded bay, our Seabream are raised in clear water feasting on a diet of sustainable feed. Local ocean currents provide a continuous supply of oxygen and create ideal conditions for raising this traditional species for the much loved traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Packed with flavor from the deep blue sea, our Seabream offers a great choice either on the barbecue or in the pan!
