All Natural Organic
Sustainably Raised in Arctic Fjords

The clear waters of Norwegian fjords above the Arctic circle are home to our organic salmon. The perpetually cold and oxygen-rich water, combined with high-quality organic feed, creates the perfect conditions for raising and harvesting fish in balance with nature. This unique environment gives our salmon its signature flavour and succulent texture that chefs and seafood lovers just can’t resist.

Good To Know

What‘s organic about a farmed salmon?

In fact, quite a lot! Organic salmon farming follows the same principles as organic husbandry on land: No use of chemicals and pesticides, use of organic certified feed, species appropriate stocking densities, no use of hormones and antibiotics. You can see the difference right away: Our organic salmon has more space to swim, which makes it less fatty than conventionally raised salmon. The colour of the meat is lighter, as organic salmon feed contains no synthetic colorants!
