Superfrozen Yellowfin Tuna | Sustainably Caught

Our Yellowfin Tuna has been sustainably caught on the high seas of the Pacific Ocean. Immediately after catch, the tuna is shock-frozen at -50°C to preserve the freshness and quality of the meat. Such superfrozen, all-natural tuna has a translucent red colour and firm texture, and it keeps its colour after defrosting. With its mild flavour and medium fat content, Yellowfin Tuna offers great culinary versatility and can be enjoyed raw or seared!

Good To Know

Superfrozen at Sea and Tuna Colour

To preserve the quality of our tuna right after catch, it is frozen at sea at very low temperature of -50°C. And it remains frozen at ultralow temperature all through the supply chain. Once defrosted, superfrozen tuna keeps its natural red colour, unlike other frozen tuna products, which either turn brown after defrosting or are artificially treated to maintain colour
