Wild Caught
hokkaido scallops
Premium Sashimi Grade & All Natural

What makes our scallops so popular? The answer lies in the Sea of Okhotsk – the perfect habitat to cultivate sweet and meaty scallops. Our hatchery-raised juvenile scallops are released onto the icy, nutrient-rich ocean floor, where strong currents provide plenty of plankton to feed on. Freshly frozen right after harvest, these scallops retain their weight and flavour, so you can enjoy them as sashimi, in stews, grilled, or fried to crispy perfection!
